职位描述：
Customer Service Representative– Struers (Shanghai) Ltd.
Struers, the global leader in metallographic sample preparation instruments and consumables, has an exciting new position at its China subsidiary. We are looking for one customer-focused, experienced person to be a Customer Service Representative (previously called Sales Coordinator) to join our Sales Department. The position will be based in Shanghai and report to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
? Complete customer orders, quotes, and inquiries by telephone and email in our CRM and ERP system
? Responds to and resolves customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions as well as returns and cancellations
? Provide required documentation to warehouse for customer shipments
? Analyze, resolve or elevate customer concerns using established procedures
? Communicate with Struers headquarters in the facilitation of order entry and delivery
? Support Field Sales Engineers on bidding documents, contract preparation, quotations or other support tasks
? Support customers in facilitating communication for technical assistance as required
? Other functions as required by the Sales Manager

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
? 5+ years customer service or sales coordinator experience with a multinational/foreign company
? Extensive use of ERP and CRM systems
? Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
? “Customer First” mentality, friendly attitude with strong communication skills
? Acceptable English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
