职位描述：

Responsibilities职责:

1.Accounting receivable posting: including incoming payment posting, advanced incoming payment posting, Fapiao & SAP invoice recording & reconciliation；

负责应收账款账务处理，包括收款核销及预收账款账务处理，税务发票与系统发票的登记与核对；

2.Daily incoming payment & customer AR statement checking for the sales delivery credit & bad debts risk;

日常进账及应收账款状态查询，控制应收账款信用及坏账风险；

3.Accounting receivable monthly report，including payment collection status confirming & reporting preparing;

月度应收账款报表，包括应收账款进度确认及报表准备；

4.Sales contract gathering and filing;

销售合同收集整理，

5.All payment application and staff expense report checking;

所有付款申请及员工报销单的审核；

6.Acuminous insight to detect financial data’s exceptional information

敏锐的洞察力能够发现财务数据的特殊信息

7.Highly working efficiency and accurately

Requirements要求:

1.Background in Finance & Accounting (above Finance College)

财务和会计背景（财务专科以上）

2.More than 2 years of related work experience in a Foreign Company or Trading Company

两年以上在外企或贸易公司相关工作经验

3.Basic understanding of relevant Accounting Regulations & Foreign Currency Regulations

基本的了解相关的会计规则和外汇条例

4.Good familiarity with SAFE regulation and tax policies

熟悉安全规程和税收政策

5.Good command of English (written & spoken)

良好的英语水平（口头和书面）

6.Computer skills: Word 2000, Excel 2000, experience in SAP finance management software would be an advantage

电脑技能：Word2000, Excel2000， 有SAP财务管理软件使用经验者优先

7.Good numeral understanding, accuracy and integrity
