职位描述：
General Summary

Perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functions for Quality Manager. Act as liaison between customers and SRG, SRG and supplier &SQE; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. Issue requests for internal corrective actions and coordinate the closure.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Core team member of new paint shop project.
2. Customers approval coordination for new paint shop.
3. Responsible for quality output from new paint line and paint 1
4. Customer liaison for paint shop visits, customer issues and corrective actions.
5. Manage customer complains related to paint shop.
6. Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects.
7. Maintain inspection instructions and coach trainer/inspectors.
8. Responsible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for paint processes, materials and products.
9. Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occurs.
10.Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field.
2. At least 5 years quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive and painting experience .
3. Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4. Good problem solving skills and good leadership during problem solving.
5. Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
