职位描述：
Salary & Bonus System and Structure

- Coordinate and establish the salary system and structure according to the company salary strategy as corporate guideline.
- Evaluate the system continually by collecting and analyzing internal data and marketing price, then provide proposal to keep the internal equity, competitive in the market and legal compliance
- Review the bonus system according to company business development and operation and keep it accorded with Corporate guideline

Routine Compensation & Benefit Operation
- Prepare the annual budget and be a focal point of contact for budget requirement of F&A.
- Perform salary system and structure by annual salary reviewing and daily salary adjustment.
- Handle the monthly payment, incl. payroll, income tax, social benefit...

Information Management and Reports
- As the key ueser of SAP-HR system
- Prepare regular HR reports with analysis 举报 分享
