SUMMARY: Perform duties to receive incoming material from supplier and then prepare material for reshipment to customers. Documents receiving and shipping transactions and assures proper storage of all materials in warehouse. Works from packing slips, purchase orders, open order reports and verbal and written instructions to meet customer shipping commitments. 履行供应商来料的收货，为成品出货准备材料。收集收货文件和出货处理，保证材料正确地存放在仓库中。通过包装页、采购订单、交货订单以及口头和书面的指示来满足出货的要求，从而得到客户认可。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive, check and verify materials from supplier unload trucks, prepare receiving documents and route paperwork to proper locations. 对供应商来料的接收、检查和核实，准备收货文档资料和日常纸质文档来进行正确入库。

* inspect all incoming materials for damage and appropriately report and document such damage

检查所有来料是否有损坏，是否有正确的书面报告

* receive all incoming materials and properly store them. Ensure that all proper paper work is included with the shipment. 接收所有来料并正确入库，确保出货时所有纸质文档提供

* perform needed data entry and generate inventory records.相关数据录入系统并且生成库存信息

Coordinate customer order shipments to generate required documents for all orders assembly and prepare products as required. Contact carriers for pick up and load trailers. Assure products are properly packaged and labeled. Maintain computer files on timely basis to support on-line information service.协调客户订单生产需要的文件资料并准备材料出货。联系运输公司取货装货。确保成品包装和标签正确。维护电脑上信息来随时提供在线服务。

Prepare orders for shipments, document weights and other required information. Actually box and pack up the orders for shipment.

Follow safety rules and maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. Assure all products are stored in correct location, proper and safe manner. Organize stock to support FIFO.遵守安全规则和维持仓库整洁有序。确保所有产品安全地存放在正确位置。遵循先进先出原则。

Maintain dormant warehouse and supply area. Conduct cycle counts as directed by Supervisor.

维护仓库和产品补给区，在主管的指导下执行盘点。

Maintain hard copy documents as required for shipping /receiving and purchasing in designated area. Prepare on-time shipping report, customer return reports, etc. as required.根于出货和收货以及采购订单的要求把硬拷贝信息维护在制定的区域。按照要求及时准备出货报告，客户退货报告。

Continuously seek to find better ways to improve product quality and reduce product cost.持续搜索更好地方式去提高产品质量以减少产品成本。

Spot check packaging procedures and customer instructions to ensure instructions are being followed by warehouse personnel.采用抽查包装程序和客户指示来确保仓库人员严格执行指示

Check panel shear operation to ensure proper procedures and cutting instructions are being followed.

Check pallets with customer materials to make sure correct material and quantities are on pallet and paperwork is correct.检查栈板，确保材料和数量以及文档资料正确

Arlon Suzhou opened its first operation, a small finishing center, in 2004. Two years later in 2006 it’s manufacturing facility, entitled Arlon Material Technologies Co., Ltd., opened and it complements Arlon’s USA operations quite well. Arlon’s manufacturing plant contains state-of-the-art equipment and is currently undergoing several equipment expansions which will increase Arlon’s manufacturing capacity.
