Job Descroption
1.Checking samples from development to PP approval,ensure that all samples meet clients' expectation in measurements,construction,fit and workmanship.
2.Technical support to assist team members and factories if needed.
3.Pro-actively identify best prcatice and anticipate risks to the product or production.Propose alternatives/improvements to enhance fit and quality.
4.Close communication with suppliers,retail technical teams and internal cross functional teams,ensure rejection comments are clearly understood.
5.Visiting sample rooms to work directly with suppliers' pattern makers and technical team to improve fit sample quality.
-检查样衣的尺寸，做工，结构以及试穿效果，从开发样到产前样的确认。
-在同事和工厂需要帮助时给予技术支持。
-批版过程中及时发现大货的潜在危险并提出合理化修改意见。
-保持和供应商，客人以及相关部门的密切联系，确保相互清楚地理解修改意见。
-必要时要和版师直接沟通，更快更好地提高样品质量。
Minimum Qualification
1.Thorough knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
2.Worked as a garment Technician 2-5 years in Buying office or Trading Company.
3.Proficient in Microsoft office (excel,word,power point)
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills with some experience in presentation(spoken and written english)
5.Willing to travel as requited.

-熟练使用电脑。
-良好的人际沟通能力和英文说写。
