1. 4-year degreed mechanical engineer with concentration in quality and statistics.

2. 5 year experience of automotive casting processes.

5年以上汽车行业铸造工艺工作经验

Knowledge of TS16949;

3. Able to interpret drawings, use various statistical tools such as SPC, Pareto analysis and calculate process capability. Practical experience in PSW, PPAP,SPC, APQP, and customer/supplier relations, as well as ability to report are desirable

4. Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation.

6. Required experience of automotive process audit, control plans, PFMEA, operator instructions

7. Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer and all levels within SMW.

8. Knowledge of the customer’s policies and procedures to properly execute according to the customer’s requirements.
