3. 精通Excel和Word软件。

岗位职责：
1. 客户订单处理；
2. 配合产品部门、物流部门以及销售部门，确保及时交货；
3. 与销售部门紧密合作，提高客户满意度。

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Good verbal and written communication skill;
2. Working experiences in customer services / order processing;
3. Proficient with Excel and Word software.

DUTIES
1. Customer Order processing;
2. Coordinate with other departments including production, logistics and sales to make sure of in-time goods delivery;
3. Work closely with sales to achieve high level of customers’ satisfaction.
