职位描述：
工作职责：
Under limited supervision, performs RF/Wireless engineering assignments demonstrating full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
1. Design, development, evaluation and analysis, applying radio frequency engineering principles for wireless communications components, products or systems. 
2. Performs circuit level design, testing and preparation of production drawing package. Develops and executes product in-process and final testing and integration plans for new or updated products. Test/evaluate competing products and technologies.
3. Investigates and understands the technical capabilities of competing equipment and stays current with RF/systems development. 
4. Documents procedures/process related to work assignments including tests plans, procedures, etc... 
5. Responsible in technical support activities for manufacturing of wireless communications products. 
6. Supports external stakeholders in design activities and participates in external and internal design reviews as manufacturing representative
7. Domestic and international travel to manufacturing and design locations for product training and production support 
8. Creates reviews and approves documentation related to work assignments including test plans, procedures, source control drawings, etc... 
At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Microwave preferred) with a minimum of 1 year of work experience involving the use of Engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills to sufficiently understand customer requirements and deliver results that meet customer requirements.
Ability to work independently, but at the same time to be able to interact with the rest of the team, and be a team player on larger projects.
Proficiency in RF design softwares is preferred 举报 分享
