职位描述：
一、 文件的维护与保管 documentation maintenance and management

a. 制订和组织实施公司关于文件、资料工作的规章制度。
To build and organize implement company documentation management regulation.
b. 文件与资料的登记、编码、发行、保管、分发与维护。
Document register index issuing saving releasing and maintenance.
c. 过期无效文件的回收、作废、销毁及暂留文件的保管。
Overdue document recall cancel scrap and hold and Saving.
d. 文件与资料原件的保管及维护。
Original document management and maintenance.
e. 文件与资料有效性的监控。
Document’s effective monitor
f. 文件与资料的登记。
Document register
g. 文件打印及复印作业。
    Document printing and coping.

二、 体系的实施、运行与监督 management system implementation and monitor
a. 协助质量经理完成质量体系与环境体系相关文件的编写、修订、与发布，监督各部门体系文件和记录的管理工作。
Support quality manager to build \update\issuing quality and environment system document. Monitor the process as well.
b. 协助上级对公司相关人员进行质量与环境管理体系的内审工作以及关于体系方面与客户的联络工作，发现问题并及时改善。
  As assistant, communicate with the 3rd party and customer concern the quality system and environment system with top supervisor, to find potential risk, make improvement as well.
c. 组织对环境因素的识别与评价，制定公司的环境与质量目标。
  Organize the team to evaluate & detect the environment factors. Coordinate quality manager to create the environment system target and quality target.
d. 协助完成对公司相关部门人员进行质量与环境管理体系知识的培训和宣传。
  Assist with quality manager; make quality and environment system training, to publicity to staff in company as well.

三、报表制作 Statistics
a. 负责统计公司厂内制程不良及制作相关报表
  in charge of process non conforming rate statistics in plant.
b. 月会资料的准备。
  Monthly meeting documentation preparation.
c. 公司质量、环境目标的收集及本部门质量目标的制作。
