职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. 根据预定目标开发新产品及过程变动, 负责从设计到生产阶段的项目移交；
2. 融合、激活同一项目中不同团队的工作（包括生产、质量、物流）；
3. 参与PTL工作；
4. 按时执行APDS任务及其相关跟踪任务；
5. 确认当前准备状态，包括所有要求的资源；;
6. 与相关团队协力领导客户及内部项目的合格品及样品；
7. 参与项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理；
8. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜；
9. 推动持续产品和工艺改进工作
质量环境职责
Duties of Quality and Occupational Health & Safety
1. 了解公司质量环境&职业安全健康方针，配合执行公司相关管理规定，遵守相关法律法规；
2. 了解本部门环境因素和危害因素；
3. 监控公司资源的使用状况。
4. 熟悉统计基础知识
5. 了解TS16949相关内容
6. 按要求完成审核报告

岗位要求：
1. 两年以上汽车零部件生产和项目工程管理经验；
2. 五年以上工作经验；
3. 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；
4. 熟练掌握，运用APQP管理项目开发；
5. 能熟练运用SPC, TG, PFMEA等质量管理工具；
6. 英语说写流利；熟练使用微软办公及项目管理软件；
7. 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系及项目管理；
8. 产品开发或改良的成功经验；

Autoliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd (abbr. ACX) is a joint venture company which is established by the Sweden Autoliv Group（Fortune 500 company）and Shanghai Shenda Group in September of 2006, it was SOP in August of 2007.The plant is specialty in auto-safety belt. The management system is based on Autoliv global management standard.
World advanced textile product facilities and test facilities are available in the plant with the capacity of 135 million meters per year, to attain the status of one of the biggest webbing plant in the world. Our Customer includes all major vehicle brands.
