Main activities


Active acquisition of new customer projects from local automotive customers (Cold calling)
Further development and active nurturing of existing customer relationships on all required levels
Tender preparation in close collaboration with local Plant team as well as technology center in Switzerland
The coordination is to be carried out in close collaboration with our development and R&D center in Switzerland as well the local production organization

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure that all projects are well managed and supervised at all-time according group Business Development Management standard
2. Systematic work-off of all acquisitions processes per groups business development Manual including conducting all requires tasks and gate-review as well as regular reporting to line manager
3. Serving as main contact to keep close and effective communication with customer’s sourcing, purchasing, quality and engineering team, having a clear understanding on existing business, new projects and budget/forecast.
4. Full responsibility of global customer localization project until local plant series production
5. Be the owner of working out reliable annual budget/forecast; to get rolling forecast from customers and work with customer service staff to ensure 100% delivery achieved.
6. Be the owner of acquiring new projects from existing customers and to support BD team to acquire new business from potential customers at agreed margin level
7. Harmonizing of tender offer data with direct line manager as well as local unit management
8. Maintaining of the customer database including all necessary inquiry for quotations information’s as well as relevant project and offer data’s
9. To perform customer satisfaction survey to lead internal improvement actions.

5. Skilled negotiator, knows when and how to say no
6. Self starter, able to work without direct supervision.
7. Strong leadership skills.
8. Business and financial acumen
9. Good command of English and Mandarin
