职位描述：
1. Be responsible for ensuring the whole production operations are running in safe, orderly, cleaning and effective environment.
    负责确保整个生产经营安全，有序，清洁和有效的环境中运行

2. Be responsible for ensuring the plant policies, procedures and disciplines be strictly controlled and performed.
    确保受到严格的控制，并进行工厂的政策，程序和学科负责。

3. Be responsible for implementing all the production plan in time as required, ensure all the on-time delivery performance match the customer’s demand. And ensure the whole production activities to be stable and repeatable.
   负责实施作为所需的时间，所有的生产计划，确保所有的按时交货率，满足客户的需求。 并确保整个生产活动，以稳定和可重复的。

4. Be responsible for production labor control, focus on all the production cost reduction
   负责控制生产劳动，集中所有的生产成本降低

5. Be responsible for ensuring the stable and high quality production output.
   负责，以确保稳定和生产高品质的输出。

6. Be responsible for better production scheduling, removing waste from all kind of the production activities, improving the production efficiency.

7. Be responsible for setting up all the performance goals for both department and operations, team leaders, evaluate the performance periodically as required, motivate, train and build up a strong, disciplined and skillful production team.

8. Be responsible for continues improvement of production operation, in terms of quality, labor cost, 5S, safety, efficiency, etc.

9. Monitor, evaluate, analyse the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. Reject, External PPM, Customer Complaint, FPY, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control.,
