职位描述：
1. Lead and further develop ME department based on business operating system. Coach engineers in the performance of their work and their competence development by providing appropriate training (technical / procedures)
2. Responsible for TRW Suzhou CAPEX expenditure planning and controlling
3. Collaborate with external vendors, divisional HQ in Germany and other TRW AP sites to ensure optimum strategy for new line concepts and on-time implementation in accordance to business needs.
4. Be responsible for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities, lead to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.
5. Implement lean enterprise techniques throughout the entire manufacturing process that affect the responsible end products. Focus on continious improvement.
6. Analyze the associated operations methods, procedures, and processes with respect to output, safety, cost, quality, reliability, and availability; takes corrective and preventative action as needed.
7. Guarantee that the machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and repaired for efficient production
8. Anticipate, analyze and solve production problems to prevent equipment down-time and malfunctions.
9. Develop, maintain, and revise planning and reporting documentation, procedures, and systems that relate to the production lines.


1. Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in mechanical engineering, industrial, auto or related.
2. 5-8 years relevant working experience. At least 2 years managerial role experience, prefer automotive industry.
3. Experience to develop manufacturing lines for high-volume mechanical assembly and electrical testing.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, Strong trouble-shooting ability in process,
