岗位职责：
1、负责移动互联网客户端产品的视觉设计工作；
2、负责移动互联网运营的相关设计支持；
3、对现有产品的视觉表现进行评估，能持续提出视觉优化改进方案；
4、参与产品前期规划构思、产品概念传达和创意过程；
5、不断学习和研究新的移动互联网技术以满足产品的需求。

岗位要求：

1、美术、设计或相关专业本科以上学历（优秀人才者，专业和学历可适当放宽）
2、可独立完成整个设计过程，有较强的Icon设计能力；有手绘能力更佳。
3、注重用户体验，精通多种设计软件及设计手法；
4、足够的视觉设计和把握能力。对色彩有敏锐的观察力及分析能力；对需求的整体风格及色彩搭配把握准确。
