职位描述：
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design new circulator and isolator products within required cost structure, perform CAD design, drawing release and sample testing.
2. New technology study and verification.Focous on small size & high performance isolator/circulator development.
3. Set up,evaluate, and trouble shooting RF test benches used in both engineering and Production.
4. Technical Report and Proposal prepare.
5. Recommends changes in designs or technical procedures where necessary
6. Provide technical support to customers and standards associations.
7. Review engineering and production test data to identify design variation and yield issues.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SCOPE: - Management project to meet project schedule and win the project.
- Contiunes self-improvement in technology improvement.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: ? BSEE, BS Physics, BS Applied Math,BS Computer,
PREFERRED: ? MS
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: ? 8 years RF Isolator/Circulator design experiences.
PREFERRED: ? 10-12 years RF Product design experiences.Micro strip-Line isolator or waveguide isolator design experience is a plus.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: ? Microsoft Office
? Software: Ansys HFSS ,CST & Auto CAD,
? Test and Measurement: RF passive testing reuipment.
PREFERRED: ? Solidworks,Micorwave Office.
