职位描述：
Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Director
Reporting To: Vice President, Operation
Leading: Order Centre, Production Planning and Procurement
 Summary：
Lead the team to manage and administrate orders from the customer and distribute with most effective and efficient approach. The ultimate target for this role is to achieve the highest customer satisfaction whilst keeping the lowest total cost.
Key Responsibility:
? Lead the order centre to receive orders, proceed them into the system, follow up to ensure the on-time delivery to the customer with the required quality;
? Lead the Production planning team and coordinate with the production team to schedule each order by maximising the machine capacity and efficiency, and minimising the labour input;
? Support the Vice President, Operation to implement the operation strategy and support him to develop and modify operation strategy when required;
? Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure each order could be handled properly to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
 
Candidate can be outstanding by meeting the following requirement
Experience, Education and Skill
? Bachelor degree in supply chain management or other relevant disciplines;
? More than 10 years working experience in supply chain management in sizable MNC manufacture; experience in paper & pulp industry is plus;
? Good knowledge of lean and agile
? Strong leadership by motivating and influencing the team together;
? Strong communication skill to coordinate and solve cross-function conflict
? Strategic and logical thinking skills;
? Excellent Analytical and planning skills;
? Excellent English communication skills;
