职位描述：
工作职责：
1、能够独立完成新产品研发专题工作。
2、负责研发项目新产品的信息收集、整理、编撰工作。
3、做好新产品的市场调研、分析，提出开发建议或意见。
4、产品配方的设计，产品工艺以及产品标准的制定和确认
5、负责新产品研发的生产过程跟进与控制。
6、做好新产品的研发资料归档工作。
7、提供新产品推广所需的相关技术资料。
8、参与新产品企业标准的制订。
9、新产品的样品制作和中试、大试的技术支持
10、对公司目前产品的质量改良和工艺、配方调整，以实现提高产品质量、降低成本的目的
岗位要求：
1.食品工程相关专业，本科及以上学历，有1年以上食品行业从业经历优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
2.熟悉休闲食品现状及发展，具有较强的产品分析能力；
3.市场意识敏锐，能够对食品市场动态作出准确的分析、判断；
4.具有良好的沟通能力及协调能力；
5.思维敏捷，具有较强的创新意识；
6.工作积极主动，责任心强，具有团队协作意识，能承受较大的工作压力。
