职位描述：
OVERVIEW

This position belongs to SSC which provide HRIS and payroll service for all China sites. Primary responsibility should be: ensure timely and accurate data management and payroll processing; ensure the internal customers’ satisfaction by effectively communication and good service.



RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsible for HRIS data maintenance and corresponding data audit.
? Responsible for monthly payroll processing and related reports.
? Work as system admin to provide service to all China sites.
? System problem solving and debug with IT and vendor if necessary.
? System testing for any change requests or new projects.
? Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, involved in specific projects.
? Answer employees’ concerns regarding C&B, SSC etc.
? Continuously improvement to improve efficiency & employee’s satisfaction.
? Other tasks assigned by leaders.


REQUIREMENT

? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or other relevant subject;
? Good Microsoft skills especially mastery of Excel;
? Service oriented and attention to details & accuracy;
? Patient and initiative, responsible for work;
? Good command of English.
? SSC service experience and IT knowledge would be beneficial; 举报 分享
