职位描述：
岗位职责概述：
1. 根据维修计划维护保养所有机器设备及与注塑模具相关的周边设备
Maintain all machines and peripherals related to injection molding area according to Maintenance Schedule
2. 实施预防措施以确保效率和避免停机（积极地维护，检查任务）
Preventive actions to ensure Productivity and avoid shut down (pro-active Maintenance, Inspection tasks)
3. 准时修理损坏的设备，培训指导工作
Repair broken Facilities on time, lesson learned Activity
4. 定期向直线经理汇报可靠性文件及保养维修记录
Periodic reporting to Line Manager, reliable documentation/tracking of Maintenance and Repair Activities

主要工作职责：
1. 维修检查注塑机器、机械手及所有属于注塑机的外围设备
Maintain and inspect injection molding machines, robot and all peripherals belongs to injection molding machine
2. 维修检查公司的供水系统、供电系统和空气压力设备
Maintain and inspect company power supply, water supply and air pressure supply
3. 积极维持和提高生产设备
Proactively maintain and develop production facilities
4. 提供培训指导，避免重复问题
Provide lesson learned activities to avoid repeat issues
5. 定期向直线经理汇报可靠性文件及保养维修记录活动
Documentation/Tracking of maintenance and repair activities, report to Line Manager
6. 监督和协助外部供应商维修事宜
Supervising and help external supplier for maintenance and repair cases
7. 为改进设备5S工作和EHS事件提供建议
Provide suggestions of improvement for facility 5S and EHS cases
8. 根据要求执行机油管理
Perform oil management cases according to requirements
9. 保质保量完成工作任务
Complete fulfilment of the tasks received, both as productivity and quality are concerned
10. 及时向主管汇报车间、机器及工具的所有损坏和恶化情况
Immediately report to superior all cases of damage or deterioration on the workplace, equipment and tools
11. 根据EHS规定要求穿戴工作服和保护装备
Regular use work clothing and protection equipment as EHS rules required
12. 根据5S规定在其控制下定期、谨慎地操作、清洗和维修机器和设备
Regular and careful operation, cleaning and maintenance of the machinery and equipment which are under his control as well as follow up existing 5S rules
13. 持续改进生产设施以避免意外关机，帮助生产团队达到KPI和OEE的目标
Continuous improvement of production facilities to avoid unplanned shut down to help production team to achieve their KPI and OEE goals
14. 帮助领班和技术员在理论和实践上提高日常维修保养技能
Improve maintenance performing skills of shift leaders and technicians in theoretically and practically way related to their daily maintenance tasks
15. 为新项目选择最后的程序和设备
Selection of the best procedures and facilities for new projects
16. 开发和检验工程和生产程序
Develops and reviews engineering and production procedures
17. 选择、指定、调试和发布新设备、机器和工具
Select, specify, commissioning and release new equipment, machines and tools
18. 开发和监督生产员工培训，对生产员工维修设备和模具的问题进行宣传和培训，为经验不足的员工生产提供指导和帮助
Develops and supervises the training of the production employees, sensitize and train production staff for maintenance issues of facilities and molds, provides coaching and assistance to less experienced production employees

任职要求：
1. 机械工程专业大专及以上学历
Educated in Mechanical Engineering (Certificates, Diploma, etc.)
2. 掌握机器机械(液压)和电气基础知识
Fundamental knowledge for machine mechanical (hydraulic) and electrical cases
3. 注塑机器，机械手及外围设备相关注塑区域设备的维护和修理的经验
Experiences of maintenance and repairing injection molding machines, robot and peripherals which are related to injection molding area
4. 至少3年以上注塑工厂工作经验
At least 3 years plant experiences in injection molding company
5. 至少3年以上注塑机及外围设备维修工作经验
At least 3 years working experiences in mechanical maintenance related roles for injection molding area
6. 熟悉电气和液压计划,以及通用技术2D图纸
Familiar with electric and hydraulic plan, as well as for general technical 2D-drawings
7. 具有高分子工程学和注塑模具程序相关知识
Knowledge in polymer engineering and injection molding procedure
8. 具有汽车行业及其质量概念相关知识，了解汽车行业基础标准(ISO TS 16949,VDA 6、QS9000)
Knowledge of automotive business and their quality concepts, basic competence in automotive industry norms (ISO TS 16949, VDA 6, QS9000)
9. 独立思考，认真负责
Unitary thinking, responsibility and consistent behavior
10. 英语熟练者优先考虑
English is an advantage, but not necessarily required
11. 熟练使用办公软件
