岗位职责：
1、 负责企业品牌维护；
2、 以最大努力促进微信粉丝的咨询转化为公司效益；
3、处理微信粉丝的售前咨询相关事宜；
4、负责记录、反馈微信粉丝的各项诉求；
5、售后咨询并努力促进会员的升级转化。
