职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织公司的成本管理工作，进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析，降低消耗、节约费用，提高监督力度，确保公司利润指标的完成。
2、负责财产、物资完整，进行监督检查，减少不良资产的发生，防止财产、物资的浪费；督促应收款的回收，确保资产损失降至合理水平。
3、根据公司目标和荷兰总部要求，按时完成年度财务预算。
4、根据财务会计资料，对公司的生产和经营进行分析，定期提交月、季、年度财务分析报告，为公司领导决策提供依据。并按要求定期向荷兰总部和公司领导递交相关财务报告。
5、建立健全公司的财务核算各项制度，发现问题及时纠正，重大问题及时向Finance Controler汇报。
6、负责与银行及其他相关机构的关系建立和业务往来。
7、积极配合各项审计工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先。
2、具有5年以上大型制造业财务管理工作经验。
3、英语熟练，以及熟练操作高级财务管理软件和办公软件。
4、具备出色的成本管理、财务分析和资金管理能力。
5、具有高效的工作效率，良好的组织、协调能力，良好的表达能力和团队合作精神。
