职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Contact window regarding transportation management, customer complaint, marketing orders, Imp & Exp management联系关于运输管理，客户投诉，市场订单和进出口管理的窗口
2. Control transportation service to coordinate with DC operation team to make sure KPI hit & exceed控制与直流操作团队的运输服务以确保达到、超过KPI
3. Problem solving for any complain issues and inventory discrepancy reconciliation解决投诉和库存差异问题
4. Freight/Rental management and review, ensure correct billing be reviewed and submit on time, continually cost down货运/租赁管理和审查，确保及时审查并提交正确的账单，不断降低成本
5. Vendor KPI review and score card submit on time按时审查供应商KPI和积分卡
6. Regular transportation vendor performance review meeting owner and correction activity follow up定期组织会议考核供应商绩效并跟进改正活动
7. Inventory risk alert to prevent any complaint from customer存货风险预警，防止客户的任何投诉
8. All operation SOP documents setup & updating, continuous process improvement, project owner for WMS and TMS设置和更新所有SOP文件的操作，持续改进过程，负责WMS、TMS项目
9. Other tasks or duties as assigned分配到的其他任务和职责

任职要求：
1. College above, 1 year of logistics/distribution experiences & above大专以上学历，1年以上物流/销售工作经验
2. Good at analysis, especially data analysis skills善于分析，特别是数据分析能力
3. Works well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style.能适应压力，有效处理冲突和演示工作方式的灵活性
4. Effective communication skills both written and oral有效的书面和口头沟通能力
5. Fluent English writing and reading英文读写流利
6. Familiar with Microsoft offices especially Excel and PPT熟悉办公软件尤其是Excel和PPT
