Job Description:
Fixed Assets and General ledger 　
1. Set up investment orders for CAPEX according to approvals in Finario and perform FA and depreciation accounting 　
2. Manage and monitor FA status, provide FA Tag, coordinate annual FA cycle count etc 　
3. Record Prepaid and amortization accounts and proceed the reconciliations 　 　
4. Review JEs prepared by accountants weekly and ensure the accounting is in compliance with corporate policy and GAAP　 Reporting and Closing 　
1. Review PL and accrual for enterprice income tax 　 　 　
2. Review TB and provide flash report to corporate reporting team on monthly result 　 　
3. Prepare monthly Fincial reports and swing forward analysis to corporate reporting team 　 　
4. Prepare monthly CAPEX report to CAPEX management team 　 　 　
5. Prepare quarterly tax packages to corporate tax team 　 　 　
6. Prepare quarterly and annual report packages to corporate reporting team 　 　
7. Consolidate legal entity reports of different business unit 　 　 　
Black line reconciliations and Internal control 　
1. Upload TB to Enpro Balack line system, review reconciliation items and coordinate monthly review meeting with Finance team 　
2. Review on monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration 　
3. Prepare the ME SOX binder 　
4. Coordinate annual internal and external audit and follow up 　
5. Continous improvement on process and procedures on AP, Tax, month end closing etc. 　
6. Review or optimize current finance policies and internal control procedures 　
Talent development 　
1. Develope the skills for cashier and AP/Tax accountant 　
2. Provide coaching and one on one to reports monhtly 　
3. Lead team Implement core value and guilding principle of company 　
Government affairs and others 　 　
1. Responsible for annual government verification, statistics reports,etc. 　 　
2. Complete government process for investment in plant 　 　
3. Communications with government, bank, SAT and maintain the relationship 　 　 　
4. Other assignment from manager

Job Requirements:
1. 3 years supervison experience, solid knowledge in Accounting and Reporting, abundant expertise and knowledge on Financials 　 　
2. Good interpersonal, supervisory and team management skills, and as well as skills of coaching and training team members 3. Excellent computer skill in Excel and familiar with SAP 　 　
4. Excel at tax regulations, internal control process 　 　
5. Good oral and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
