职位描述：
Sourcing Engineer is responsible for采购工程师主要负责：
? On-site checking for Repreve staple fiber production to ensure the product quality and specification are achieved
对Repreve短纤的代加工合作商的生产流程进行现场监控，确保产品的质量达到预定的要求。
? Develop the spinner partner of Repreve staple fiber and assist sales for new spun yarn development.
发展更多的Repreve短纤的纺纱厂并协助销售做好各类纱丝的开发工作。
? Supplier’s production and quality data collection and analysis
供应商生产质量信息收集和整理分析。
? Finish production and quality report periodically.
定期汇编生产质量报。
? Support supplier to resolve some basic technical issues
协助供应商解决产品生产过程中基本的技术问题。
? Keep smooth communication with supplier, push them to achieve continuous improvement.
保持供应商有效沟通，推动产品质量的持续改善。


Position Specifications 岗位要求:
? Bachelor degree, most probably in a relevant textiles or engineering field.
具有纺织行业和工程领域的学士学位。
? Minimum 3 years experience in a technical or manufacturing role in a staple fiber or spun yarn operation. Familiar with staple fiber and all kind of spun yarn production processes.
在短纤技术或制造行业具有至少3年的工作经验。很好地了解短纤及 纺纱生产工艺。
? Familiar with production and quality data statistic and analysis
熟悉生产质量的数据统计和分析
? Willing to travel frequently
能够适应经常性的出差。
? Team spirit and highly self-motivated
团队合作精神和高度自我激励。
? Good computer skills.
良好的计算机运用能力。
? Good communication ability
