职位描述：
Tax Director

Reporting to the VP Finance, performing tax planning and compliance activities with the objective of minimizing business and income tax; ensuring timely compliance reporting; and serving as an internal expert to deal directly with customers and tax authorities on tax related matters.

Responsibilities:
 
· Responsible for all aspects of taxation within the company and all subsidiaries, including planning, reporting and compliance.
· Responsible for developing effective, legal tax strategies to minimize the overall tax burden of the consolidated group of companies and minimize overall costs associated with the tax function.
· Responsible for analysis, planning and compliance relating to international and domestic tax compliance.
· Responsible for developing, evaluating, supporting, and documenting all intercompany pricing between subsidiaries.
· Responsible for dealing directly with all government auditors and responding to tax issues raised by tax auditors.
· Required to deal with occasional employee related tax issues, including payroll tax issues and stock option issues.
· Liaise with global management team on tax issues and also with foreign operations on tax matters related to their operations (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
· Manage outside tax consultants and advisors.
· Take action necessary to continuously improve, deploying FBS tools appropriately.
 
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of progressively more responsible and successful experience in a similar industry’s corporate tax department and/or a public accounting firm, with a strong knowledge of tax planning and tax compliance
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar function
· Good knowledge of taxation relating to leasing properties, manufacturing operations and research and development.
· Skill in developing and analyzing tax planning and tax minimization strategies.
· Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills within different departments, and business units 举报 分享
