职位描述：

Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：

1.Responsible for dealing with customs clearance affairs for Order, connecting with cargo agency, and arranging the transport according to order‘s request.

负责根据订单处理清关事宜，联系物流公司，安排货物办理进出口运输

2.Being familiar with the import and export ‘s operation flow, and mastering Government policy about international trade. Preparing import & export’s relevant documents for customs declaration in accordance with Government import & export regulations declarations, ordering cargo to deliver goods to port or receiving goods from port.

熟悉进出口操作流程，掌握政府有关国际贸易的相关政策。根据政府相关政策，编制清关用的进出口文件，安排物流公司运货

3.Cooperating with Sales, Dispatch, Purchasing and other relevant Dept to ensure goods’ delivery and receiving

on time.

与销售，仓库，采购等相关部门，确保及时出运和收货

4.Handling duty, freight or other money advanced by shippers, or remitting or advancing freight or other money or credit in connection with the dispatching of shipments.
处理关税，运费或其他相关运输费用，免除或减少运费及其他运输信用或费用

5.Tracing the delivery of import and export, and evaluating the performance of cargo agency.
追踪进出口货运，评估物流公司绩效表现

6.Making the processing handbooks of components for duty-free,and doing the special procedures of import & export.
编制免税零部件手册，以及进出口的特殊流程

7.Dealing with the common inspection cases of import & export in CIQ.
处理进出口常规检验。

8.Accomplish other temporary tasks allocated by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1.College education
大专

2.International trade
国际贸易

3.Working experience in handling Customs affairs, such as customs declaration, and dealing with cargo agency (freight forwarding agent, customs clearance agent)

4.Very good knowledge in the customs clearance procedure of the P.R. China

5. Knowledge of commercial transport organization
