Responsibilities职责:

Recruitment招聘:

· Assist to update job advertisement and contact with external vendors if necessary;
协助更新各招聘渠道的广告并在必要时与各供应商联系；

· To organize the interview schedule with candidates;
组织、安排候选人面试；

· To conduct telephone interviews of basic positions if needed;
在必要时协助完成电话面试；

Training培训:

· Assist to collect the external training information、 training venue etc.
协助搜集各培训机构的相关信息；

· Assist to summarize the employee Individual Learning Plan.
协助整理员工培训计划及需求；

Employee Relations员工关系:

· Assist to handle employee personal issues, e.g. residences permit application, invitation letter, etc;
协助处理员工关系事宜，例如：居住证的申请，各类证明等；

· Assist expatriates to apply/renew working/residence permit, search apartment, kindergarten, when necessary;
协助外籍员工申请/更新工作或居住证，必要时协助寻找公寓、学校等；

· HR system update of employee basic information if necessary;
HR系统的员工资料录入及更新；

· Documentations filling, update & summarize, e.g. Employee’s personal file, Performance Management files, etc.;
HR文件的归档、整理及汇总，例如：员工个人档案，绩效评估等；

· Assist to arrange Employee Activities and contact with employee or external vendor is needed.
协助各项员工活动，并在必要时联络各供应商；

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and major in Human Resources Management preferred;

本科，人力资源管理相关专业优先；

2. junior students is preferred;
大三学生优先考虑；

3. Good command of English in both written & spoken.
良好地英语书写及口语能力；

4. Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc.
良好地计算机应用能力，例如：WORD,EXCEL, PPT等；

5. Ability to work 3 days at least per week;
每周至少能工作3天；
