Qualification:
- Bachelor degree above, master or doctor is a plus, electrical engineering and automation education background
- Over 5 years working experience in the field of transmission, hydraulic system, E-drive system testing and validation
- Familiar with the testing benches used for transmission, hydraulic system, E-motor, PEU development. Capable to build up the testing benches locally.
- Be able to operate the testing benches by automated controller to the system.
- Good understanding to the testing sequence of transmission, hydraulic and E-drive system, be able to implement the testing sequence on the testing benches.
- Experience to the prototype workshop management
- Experience of leading a team for workshop and testing benches management
- English is necessary, German is a plus
Responsibility
- Build up the testing workshop for hofer Shanghai
- Transfer the hydraulic/E-drive testing benches from Germany to China
- Build up the local testing benches (transmission functional testing bench, HIL testing bench)
- Responsible for the testing workshop, including prototype assembly room, leading the team of the testing workshop.
- Be responsible for implementing the testing requirement on the benches as a part of the product development process
- Technically communicate with customers to understand the technical requirement
