1. 维护与新老客户的良好合作关系；
2. 充分利用公司资源，通过电话或网络进行顾客拜访和维护；
3. 适时推荐公司产品，完成销售KPI目标（产品销售绩效另计为个人收入）；
4. 为顾客提供售前、售后的产品及个人保养方面的咨询，提升顾客满意度；
5. 作为公司的形象大使，乐于分享公司文化理念并传达给顾客；
任职要求：
1. 熟悉电话营销模式，具呼叫中心从业经验；
2. 具有良好的沟通合作意识和较好的团队管理能力，能够承担工作压力；
3. 2年以上呼叫中心电话客服工作经验。美容保健品行业或销售客服工作经验者优先；
4. 20岁以上，性格开朗、有耐心，有一年以上呼叫中心电话销售；
5. 反应灵敏，普通话标准，声音甜美，口齿清晰，能够熟练使用word、excel等软件。
