职位描述：
Job Discription
1.确认新产品工艺的特殊要求及需求材料的数量，核算新产品原材料的消耗定额，生成报价核算，作为项目预算申请的基础；
Confirm the special technology requirement of the new product and the quantity of demand the needed materials, calculate the consumption quota of the new products’ raw material and generate quotation calculation as the foundation of project budget application.
2.根据工艺要求，确定新产品的材料规格及首批样件/样品模数量；根据材料的需求进行试模并对消耗量进行记录，进行预估价格的核算；
Define the material specification of the new product and the first samples/sample mold quantity according to the technical requirement; Do the mold trial and record the consumption to do price estimation.
 3.定期对产品材料消耗定额及产品单位成本对比分析，根据单位成本，从材料的使用、加工工艺的程度、以及加工费用和其它费用的分配使用方面比较与市场同类产品的差异，进行项目的可行性分析；
Comparative analysis on the consumption quota of the product materials and unit costs of the products regularly. feasibility analysis of the project on the differences among the uses of materials, level of the processing technology as well as the distributive use of the processing cost and other expenses with similar products in the market according to the unit cost.
 4.在项目可行性论证阶段，提供成本数据，参与投资成本估算;
Provide cost data and participate in the investment cost estimation in the stage of project feasibility demonstration.
 5.根据成本对比结果进行分析，并提出合理化的建议，为公司的新项目产品提供可以降低成本的有利因素；
Do the analysis according to the cost comparison results, and put forward reasonable suggestions to provide favorable factors for the new project of the company, which can reduce costs.
6.负责在设计过程中提供成本数据和成本测算；
Responsible for the cost data and cost estimation in the design process;
7.负责项目成本审核和成本改进计划的跟踪Responsible for project cost audit and tracking of cost improvement plan
8.项目成本数据统计、分析工作；
Project cost data statistic and analysis.
9.衔接部门内部及部门之间的各级沟通工作，包括原料选择、生产方案，以及市场形势、价格趋势。
Responsible for the connection between departments at all levels, including raw material choice, production plan, market situation and price trend.

Job Requirement
1.熟悉塑料、橡胶或机械方面的知识，汽车行业工作经验三年以上；Familiar with basic knowledge of plastic, rubber or machine, and more than three years working experience of automobile industry;
2.英语或德语听、说、读、写流利；Fluent in English, German is plus;
