职位描述

Responsible for upgrading packaging automation level, improving production productivity and enlarging production capacity via continuous improvement projects to support company business plan both in short term and long term.

负责通过持续改进项目提升包装自动化水平，提高生产效率以及扩大产能以支持公司短期及长期的业务发展目标。

1.Maintain and implement the best, the most reliable and the most simple work process.

维护并实施最好、最可靠、最简单的工作流程

2.Design equipment and production line layout based on the process requirements.

结合产品生产工艺要求，进行生产线的设计、布局

3.Be responsible for introducing new production lines.

负责协调新生产线引进的全过程

4. Analyze and evaluate the equipment capacity, efficiency, quality and safety, and organize continuous improvement activity.

负责对设备进行产能、效率、质量及安全等方面的分析评估并组织协调进行持续改进

5. Analyze and solve technical problems arising from daily production operation with regard to equipment.

分析并解决来自于日常生产操作过程中碰到的设备技术问题.

岗位要求

机电一体化工程专业本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical & electrical engineering.

5年以上跨国公司经历，药品或食品行业设备维护及管理工作经验, 精通包装自动化者优先。

Minimum 5 years’ relative working experience in MNC company, equipment maintenance and management experience in pharmaceutical or food industry, master in packaging automation is preferred.

Knowing the whole process for new equipment introducing very well

熟悉新设备引入的全过程

Knowing manufacturing and packaging line in food or pharmaceutical industries very well

熟悉食品或制药行业的制作及包装设备

Master of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical technologies

精通机械、气动、液压和电气知识

Familiar with packaging automation technology

熟悉包装自动化技术

Good command of English (either written or oral)

良好的英语听、说、读、写能力

Skilled in MS office, AutoCAD

熟练使用办公及制图软件

Good at communication and coordination, with team-spirit

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
