职位描述：
Job Requirments:
- University degree or above, major in Engineering or Natural Sciences
- Working experience in automotive industry
- Proven experience of technical sales & project management
- Spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Preferably knowledge and skill in Optical simulation and engineering on optical fiber related products
- The ability of analysis and problem solving with creative thinking
- Strong teamwork spirit

Major Duties:
- Provide technical consulting support for automotive interior ambient lighting applications
- Identify customer requirements (eg. lighting performance, design, environmental, assembly...) and feed-back to product management
- Define and aligh prototype built with customers in coordination product management
- Align project plan, milestones and ramp-up planning with customers in coordination with product management
- Support qualification process and complaint handling
- Monitor competitor technologies and products 举报 分享
