职位描述：
1.following strategical guidelines of sales team
2.definition of weekly visit plans and organization of daily sales work
3.consolidate reports according to requirements from HQ and combine to daily/weekly/monthly report files for GM sales
4.generation of order entry and turnover according to in line with company's sales guidelines and defined strategic approach and according to individual sales target plans
5.acquiring new customers according to individual sales target plan
6.increase purchase of products produced in Baumueller Suzhou
7.maintain and continuously optimize customer relationship
8.organize after sales effort internally for customer
9.generate suitable input for yearly sales planning considering the overall strategy and budget plan, input includes plan for:
-planning prerequisites for turnover
-definition of potential customer/target customer
-order entry plan
1.服从销售团队的战略方针
2.制定每周的拜访计划和安排日常销售工作
3.根据总部的要求，结合向销售总经汇报的日报表、周报表、月报表汇总报告
4.根据公司的销售方针和既定的战略途径以及个人的销售目标计划，创造订单和销售额
5.根据个人销售目标计划，发展新客户
6.增加对包米勒苏州产品的采购
7.维护并持续优化客户关系
8.组织售后服务工作
9.考虑到整体的战略和预算计划，为销售年度计划提供合适的数据。数据包含：
