2.熟练地操作办公软件（打字速度50字/分钟以上）
3.工作细心；责任心需较强
4.熟悉各物流配送查询系统

岗位职责：
1.负责企业品牌维护
2.售后咨询并努力促进会员的升级转化
3.处理售后的相关事宜，协助处理投诉及退换货工作
4.负责用户需求的分析及记录、反馈
5.对接物流部，接收物流发货及签收信息
6．负责相关的回访工作开展
