职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Excellent background and knowledge on testing Engineering with sufficient automobile industry experience typically
2. Good understanding on the product NPI process, and know well how to define/develop the test process, drive to deliver good NPI result with correct mindset
3. Good communication skill in English to customer for present any testing issues with professional data analysis and valued proposal
4. Fluency in English for join any conference call with customer
5. Good leadership for internal team and co-work capability with CFT members
6. Good software development capability (LabVIEW or equivalent) and manufacturing tools utilize (DFT, Minitab, SPC etc.)
7. Good operation and knowledges on tester equipment qualification procedure (CPK, GR&R study and NDF improvement)
8. Work closely with PM and IE for any new product quote, test solution development, test flow definition and cycle time evaluation etc.
9. Support NPI team for line setup, test document drafting, test cycle time optimization and efficiency improvement, NPI report etc.
10. Progressively participate in Kaizen activity and use it back to improve your product with lean culture
11. Drive team for Key objective indicators (KOI) achievement

Requirements：
1. Associate degree or Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related
2.More than 4 years’ experience in the field of Test engineering in EMS or ODM company.
3.Strong knowledge and experience in PCB/Camera module test or Remote Sensing test will be plus.
4.FCT testing know-how in hardware and software such as LabVIEW, C++, Visual Basic.
5. Good electronic knowledge in PCBA Testing, data acquisition, instrumentation and protocol bus familiarities in I2C & GPIB.
6.Strong project management and technical management experience
7.Good communication skill with customer in English. the fluently Written and spoken is necessary 举报 分享
