岗位职责:

基本要求：
能够帮助客户调试和解决嵌入式软件的技术问题；
能够开发和演示产品的性能；
能够从系统架构的层次上去影响客户，并能帮助客户优化系统级的性能；

基本技能和知识要求：
1. 熟悉ARM SoC的架构以及编程模式，特别是ARM 1176 或 ARM Cortex-A处理器；
2. 熟悉C/C++，并能够能够熟练应用相应的编程工具，熟悉IDE环境；
3. 熟悉相关嵌入式操作系统： Linux， VxWorks，FreeRTOS 等；
4. 熟悉相关的通讯协议；
5. 有基于ARM 1176 或 ARM Cortex-A处理器的ASSP开发经验；

Must be able to complete the following with minimal guidance:
Help debug and successfully resolve customer embedded software issues Develop and conduct product demonstrations and run benchmarks Advise customers on system architecture and how to optimize for system level performance.
1. ARM SoC software architecture and programming models, especially v6/v7 architectures( ARM 1176 or ARM Cortex-A class processors)
2. Proficiency in C/C++ programming and using Software IDEs, Compilers, Debuggers
3. Proficiency in Embedded OS/RTOS like Linux, VxWorks, FreeRTOS, etc.
4. Working knowledge of open source software communities, protocols.
5. Experience with v6/v7 architectures( ARM 1176 or ARM Cortex-A class processors) based ASSPs

任职资格:

工作经验要求：
3年以上的嵌入式开发经验（基于Linux开发经验优先）或者基于ARM处理器的板级固件，驱动程序开发经验；
精通C语言调试，包括Kernels，boot代码，驱动程序，测试程序及上层应用程序；
具有优秀的沟通能力，跟客户的亲和力，处理紧急问题的能力；
具有良好的读写能力和团队合作能力；
具有良好的学习能力；
流利的普通话和英语读写说的能力；

优先项：
有开发ARM NEON协处理器经验；
外设固件和驱动程序开发经验；
熟悉软件或系统架构；
FPGA开发经验；

学历要求：
电子工程，计算机软硬件，通讯工程等本科及以上学位；

工作地点：
杭州，上海，南京或苏州

Desired Skills / Experience:
3+ years hands-on embedded SW development (Linux preferred) or firmware
3+ development for systems based on multicore ARM processors
Experience with u-boot
Expert in coding and debugging in C, including kernels, boot code, drivers, test programs, applications Service and results-oriented with a strong desire to support customers and work as an extension of a dynamic sales team Comfortable in interactions with customers, including high urgency situations Excellent interpersonal, telephone, written and group communication skills Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and track many activities Strong self-learner Fluent in Mandarin. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

Plusses:
Experience with ARM NEON
Firmware or driver development
Experience as software or system architect Embedded hardware design and hardware bringup experience Ability to read Verilog/VHDL hardware designs and experience with Xilinx development tools

Education/Experience
Minimum: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. MS or PhD a plus.
