职位描述：
1. 招聘：发布网络或现场招聘广告，参与人才市场调查并提供意见建议，收集和筛选简历，通知及安排初始，复试，通知录用等；
Recruitment: To prepare the public or on-site job advertisements, survey the job market and make proper recommendations; collect resumes, select candidates, inform and arrange interviews, prepare and send out appointment of employment letters.
 2. 培训：协助制定培训计划，实施内外部培训，不断调整更新培训计划，做好整个培训过程的相关支持工作，进行培训效果跟踪，及培训效果评估；
Training: to assist in preparing and monthly adjusting the training plan, implement and follow internal and external training, support the whole process of training, track and evaluate the training effectiveness.
