Quality Management

The Quality Management plays an essential part within Infineons striving for Zero-Defect. It ensures the quality of our products and services. Therefore it conducts.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for performing daily failure analysis work on all external/internal customer complaint return units; ensure the FA work is completed within cycle-time
• Responsible for daily maintenance, repair and adjustments on assigned failure analysis machines; make sure machine regular PM and PM documents are done before due date
• Responsible for coaching and training other junior engineers on failure analysis processes, semiconductor knowledge and tool maintenance skills
• Responsible for developing new failure analysis methods/processes and transferring necessary failure analysis capabilities from counter-part labs within the corporate to Wuxi lab
• Responsible for communication across the whole organization regarding FA topics

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Majoring in electrical or electronics engineering; demonstrated abundant knowledge in silicon-based semiconductor device level physics or relevant material properties
• At Least 5 years experience in semiconductor field; familiar with all kinds of failure analysis tools & equipment and their daily maintenance & repair; experiences in die-level analysis will be a plus
• Able to show great responsibilities and commitment in the job; able to work over-time on urgent FA request
• Able to show great teamwork skills and the willingness to coach & train others during daily work
• Able to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization; fluent in English or German
