Job Title : Project manager
Organisation : Philips Healthcare (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.

Reports to : PMO
? Key areas of accountability (Please state the most important areas of accountability in your job, in rough order of importance. Please focus on the results that are expected from your job. ? Drive overall project plan to achieve schedule and budgetary targets.
? Recommend course corrections to the project plan as required and build them into the plan.
? Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure progress.
? Motivate team and ensure the team has clear targets to enable top quality delivery the first time.
? Apply ongoing risk management techniques and embed mitigating actions into the project plan.
? Align functional and BU team activities to instill a structured, hierarchal project approach.
? Clear obstacle, drive decisions required to stay on schedule.
? Uses appropriate project management tools.
? Partners with non-project members as required.
? Develop and execute a communication plan engaging the team to drive results.
? Interface with non-operational teams to achieve targeted results as required.
? Establish measurement and reporting framework to review progress with key stakeholders.
? Other duties as required.



7. Job Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree required. Masters degree in business or engineering preferred.
? Over 5 years project management experience in multinational companies.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
? Strong problem-solving skills required.
? Good communication and team work.
? Healthcare related inductury experience preferred.
? Basic understanding of contracts and negotiation preferred.
? Strong understanding of financial analysis tools preferred. Ability to innovate cost-saving ideas preferred.
? Prior experience with factory setup or transfer preferred.
? Computer-literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
? Six-sigma knowledge required. Certification preferred.
? Global travel required.
? Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin) preferred. 举报 分享
