职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、行政支持包括但不限于办公室管理，接听电话，访客的酒店和机票的预订，固定的预订，活动组织等。
2、基本会计和税务管理
3、支持处理售后服务
4、零件和系统的进出口物流的协调和跟进

工作资格
1、良好的英语沟通能力，特别是口语和书面表达能力
2、熟悉MS办公软件，Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook等。
3、有会计上岗证
4、具有较强的责任心和良好的服务意识，良好的团队合作意识

Job description
a. Admin support includes but not limited to office management, answer phone calls,visitors’ hotels & tickets’ booking,stationary booking, events organization,etc.
b. Basic accounting and tax management
c. Support to deal with after-sales services
d. Parts and systems’ import & export logistics coordination and follow up

Job qualifications
a. Good English communication, especially in oral & written skills
b. Familar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
c. Accounting certificate is necessary
