    公司由中外运空运发展股份有限公司与Aramex International 共同投资成立。中外运空运发展股份有限公司是国内航空货运代理行业的***家上市公司，在全国拥有4大区域，近百家分、子公司和300多个物流网点，运营网络辐射全国。Aramex International 成立于1982年，是***家在纳斯达克上市的中东国家公司，提供全球范围的综合物流和运输解决方案。今天已经在全球73多个国家拥有超过354个办公室，17000位员工。
    公司经营范围包括提供全球范围特别是中东地区、印度次大陆、东南亚、欧洲、非洲、澳大利亚等国家地区的进出口中国的国际快递服务，进出口中国的空运和海运服务，境内外的物流及仓储服务，一站式跨境电商服务，以及进出口中国的清关及派送服务。
