职位描述

Summary:

To ensure the smooth operational implementation of all new client programs, or changes to existing client programs; liaising with all relevant departments & closely monitoring progress to deliver the service on time and to the client's requirements; Coordinating documentation and reporting activities relevant to all process improvement & project management activities. Behave as required by the Company's Policies and Procedures, Code of Conduct and values (caring, connected, professional, proactive). Ensure that all business proceedings are conducted in a manner which is professional, legal and ethical.

Major responsibilities:

Project Management

- Draft, and update when necessary, project scope documents including project goal, project team, responsibilities, deliverables and milestones ; as well as CBA for each project undertaken
- Coordinate with related parties the follow up on deliverables and milestones; providing project progress reports including updated actions record and raising issues hindering project implementation.
- Collect data from relevant parties in order to document and/or measure project impacts.

Contract implementation

- Based on Sales department notification on client service delivery content and schedule; assess all necessary preparatory tasks required to the service delivery.
- Based on all necessary preparatory tasks, arrange a meeting with related parties to communicate tasks, set responsibilities and deadlines to respect implementation schedule while leaving some room for adjustments/delays.
- Based on meeting discussion, communicate meeting minutes and set agenda to follow up respective tasks to ensure smooth implementation
- Escalate & follow-up, as early as possible, any issues likely to impact meeting the expectations of the client.
- Upon completion of all preparatory tasks, notify related departments of service delivery readiness
- Set agenda to audit service implementation key aspects after implementation and notify results to related departments.

Process improvement

- Draft process documentation including process maps, process transaction tables and procedure documents
- Assist in the preparation of business cases & Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) to support prioritised investment in agreed solutions, gaining the necessary approvals for any investments required as well as to share best practices documentation with headquarters
- Understand OPEX methodology concepts & tools to improve participants analytical skills and improve solution generation outcomes
- Assist in the measurement & recording of the impacts of all process improvement opportunities
- When necessary, translate process files from English into Chinese to support process awareness across departments, or from Chinese to English to share content to external parties or obtain validation from management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above, with advanced verbal & written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
- At least 3 years working experience with strong background of project management, experience in process auditing, financial planning and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organization skill.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and teams to effectively priorities work according to overall business requirements.
- Demonstrates passion & hunger to drive pursue constant improvement in performance & process
- Knowledge of automotive & assistance industry highly desirable
