职位描述
主要职责:
-带领团队与销售人员沟通,准备标准企划书、投标文件及合同;制定项目执行方案,作为项目负责人跟踪项目执行情况
-带领团队协助销售人员跟进已有项目的售后服务,例如日常投诉处理;同财务及客户联络协助对账及结算,提供服务报告,进行服务流程优化
-设计和优化工作流程,协调各方以确保项目的有效实施
-确定所需资源,将项目分配到个人; 同操作部协调与销售团队的资源共享事宜,包括服务提供商网络和典型/表扬案例分析等信息
-协调所有资源,同各部门进行有效沟通,以满足不断变化的项目运行需求
-内部合同签程管理和合同执行的协调;设计文档创建和归档流程,对同其他团队共享的信息予以监控。
-整合销售活动和项目进度报告,并定期向管理层提交
-团队日常工作的管理和维护;评估团队成员的能力和表现,加强团队建设;提供持续改进的解决方案,以保证项目实施质量
-熟悉所有项目的实施,必要时可以为每个团队成员提供支持
任职资格:
-3年的大学教育背景及以上
-5年以上管理经验
-具有良好的领导才能,优秀的团队管理和客户关系管理能力
-良好的组织,协调和执行能力
-良好的中英文书写和沟通能力
-深入了解公司业务
-熟练操作MS Office,尤其是Excel和PPT
-能够在压力下工作,并按时完成任务
Major responsibilities:
-Lead team to communicate with BD teams for standard proposal, tender document and contract preparation; create implementation plan, track the business cases as a project leader
-Lead team to assist BD teams to follow up after-sales job such as complaint handling, liaise with Finance and clients for bill reconciliation, service reports and service process enhancement
-Create and optimize the work flow, coordinate all related functions to ensure the seamless and efficient implementation of projects
-Identify the resources needed and assign projects to individual responsibility of the team; work with operation team for resources sharing with BD teams, including provider network and typical/compliment cases study, etc.
-Monitor all the resources and coordinate with other departments to meet the changing needs and requirements of the project
-Internal contract-signing process management and contract implementation coordination; set up standards of document creation and filing, and monitor information delivered to other teams
-Consolidate sales activity and project progress reports and submit to management on time periodically
-Manage daily work and the implementation of all projects of the team; evaluate the team’s capability and performance and work on team construction; provide solutions for continuous improvement to guarantee the project implementation quality
-Familiar with all projects implementation, could be backup for each team member if necessary
Qualifications:
-3 years university education background and above
-5+ years management experience
-Good at leadership, teamwork, team management and relationship management
-High level of organization skills, communication skills and implementation skills
-Good oral and written English and Mandarin
-Deep understanding of the company business
-Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word and other common software
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
