职位描述
岗位描述：
1、 主要负责门户网站交互设计、及相关业务需求的交互文档和线框图的原型设计。
2、 负责设计交互流程、内容及界面，提升用户体验和产品易用性；
3、 画出不同层次的原型：纸上的，框架的，可交互的网页。
4、 根据产品需求制定交互方案，输出产品原型和设计文档；
5、 负责用户体验和网络行为的长期跟踪和数据收集，提交改进方案；
6、 协助其他工作小组完成对产品的优化、维护和创新。
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，认知心理学、人机交互学、计算机或相关专业毕业；
2. 在互联网的交互设计方面（界面设计，产品设计）有2年以上的工作经验；
3. 熟悉互联网产品的可用性分析、用户分析方法，可进行实验室用户可用性研究、用户焦点研究；
4. 熟悉各种原型制作方法，了解原型测试的思路；
5. 熟悉Axure、Photoshop、visio等工具软件，了解HTML语言、DIV、CSS、XHTML等技术；
6. 具有优秀的设计能力、审美能力和创新能力，敏锐的洞察力，善于观察事物细节，同时具有全局观；7. 良好的沟通能力及书面表达能力。
