职位描述

1、负责网站运转情况、数据监控以及网站内容的策划和执行；

2、负责网站流程的监控以及优化；

3、与技术部衔接，完成网站内容修改、上传等工作。

4、通过市场调研、顾客需求分析、竞争分析，公司产品服务定位等确定网站定位；

5、根据市场变化和运营数据分析结果，协助运营主管编写网站项目年度运营计划方案，策划网站项目营销活动；

6、负责用户需求的管理，包括用户需求的收集、整理、反馈等，并根据需求（用户需求及营销需求）进行相应的网站策划；

7、负责网站相关文档（帮助、FAQ等）的组织与撰写，及对销售、客服等部门人员网站特性介绍与功能培训；

8、负责用户管理与分析，处理相应业务投诉并进行反馈；

9、负责网站运营的相关规程的制定与完善，保证流程的顺畅进行；

素质要求:

1.年龄、性别要求：25-40岁 男女不限;

2.学历要求：大专及以上学历，广告策划或电子商务相关专业毕业,优秀的文笔能力。

3.工作经验：3年以上网站运营推广相关的工作经验。

4.素质要求：具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，关注社会热点，高度的市场敏锐度、以及高度的责任心和良好的分析能力，事无巨细。

5.技能要求：熟悉竞价排名、搜索引擎优化等。

6.其他：有个人站长经历、互联网资源者优先。
