岗位职能：
1、根据客户品牌文化与市场需求，设计与维护电子媒体界面，其中以门户网站页面为主。
2、根据要求创作实物宣传广告和Flash动画广告制作。

岗位要求：
1、有扎实的美术功底两年以上，丰富的网站页面设计经验，优秀的创意能力和独创的审美修养；
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Freehand、CorelDraw 、FLASH等设计工具，同时熟悉HTML、CSS等网页技术，对网页排版有良好的把握；
3、对网站用户体验方面的理论有一定的了解和认识；
4、理解力强、善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神；
5、具有一定的团队管理经验，落实、跟踪、完成公司项目运作等；
6、专业美术院校毕业和4A广告公司经验者优先；
7、投简历时请附上个人作品。
