1. 掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。
2. 管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。
3. 负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
4. 负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和房间的清洁工作。
5. 完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
