Brief Summary of Role
The CRM specialist reports to the local Marketing Manager and dotted line to the Corporate CRM Manager. He/she ensures that SFDC Corporate requirements and policies are implemented and adopted locally, liaises with the local Sales & Marketing Team on SFDC adoption, campaigns and reports. Additionally, the CRM specialist conduct SFDC end-user training and performs SFDC data administration.
Responsibilities
? Perform data administration (data input, data integrity, data reconciliation, etc.)
? Add/modify user accounts in SFDC, as needed
? Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members and to develop and maintain high quality targeted lists
? Test and send marketing campaigns
? Conduct end-user training on SFDC system as needed
? Answer questions from users and help drive SFDC adoption
? Provide reporting on the local Marketing efforts based on data from Campaigns
Required Experience
? 1-2 years digital marketing, email marketing or similar experience
? Experience with a CRM system, SFDC is preferred.
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
? Experience with email marketing, social media, or content marketing a plus
? Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize as appropriate
? Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
? Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
