• Be responsible for office products sourcing, to source and qualify potential suppliers for office products
• Work closely with senior management to implement global sourcing strategies within the Asia Pacific region and provide support to GPC Office Products, product development and supply management functions
• Measure and monitor supplier performance / capabilities by KPIs, conduct supplier audits to ensure operations in compliance with TS16949 and ISO 9000, as well as provide coaching on process / performance improvement to suppliers
• Act as key overseas contact for North America based buyers, to drive and manage new product development / sourcing projects
• Conduct initial negotiations with suppliers focusing on product specification, physics of cost analysis, terms and conditions of purchase contracts
• Develop the supply base review and sourcing strategies as per each product categories, map supplier capabilities across all key parameters such as cost, delivery, technology, quality, responsiveness and corporate social responsibilities
• Assist North America based buyers to manage the overseas supply base to achieve annual operational and performance objectives (including lead time reduction, cost saving, payment terms extension, material inflation control, supplier consolidation, sourcing localization, preferred supplier selection etc.)
• Track key commodities movements and conduct market intelligence / benchmarking studies to offer sourcing insight
• Utilize your analytical skills, business acumen and supply chain management knowledge to drive improvements in the overall global sourcing supply chain

• Degree qualified in engineering or a related discipline, you will possess at least 5 years working experience in sourcing and supply management of relevant products gained in a MNC (Multi National Companies)
• Possess a high level of integrity
• Superior negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work from our Shenzhen office, or at other supplier locations throughout Asia, and willing to travel extensively
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross cultural environment
• Conflict Management and Composure under pressure
• Familiar with major categories and industry quality requirement
• Ability to be flexible and to work through ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
• Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin, additional languages a plus
